At Alzaiye, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

For all returns, exchanges and store credits, please email us directly on [email protected] and we will provide next steps.

If an item does not fit or simply did not work out, you may return it within 14 days of the date it was delivered. We will issue the refund with the same payment method used for purchase (credit card, pre-paid card, PayPal, etc.) or through bank transfer. We will organise shipping and all return information will be emailed directly to you once approved. Shipping for returns will be deducted from your refund amount. Any items returned after 14 days from the date it was delivered will be returned back at the buyer’s expense.

We also offer exchanges for the same product in either different size or colour.

Store credit codes are issued for the amount spent on your item(s). Store credits are valid for one year and do not cover shipping costs. Once your return parcel is received, please allow 72 hours processing time for our team to send your store credit code via email.

Your return must be unused and in all original packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise that appears worn or dirty.

We reserve the right to reimburse any faulty item only after carrying out suitable quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product. If the product is found defective, we will issue the refund with the same payment method used for purchase (credit card, pre-paid card, PayPal, etc.) or through bank transfer.
